A record you can rely on
Every signed PDF ends with a signing record: who signed, when, from which IP address and browser, and fingerprints of the original and signed files.

Need both signatures? Add yours in the dashboard before you send. Your recipient sees it on the document when they sign.
Tamper-proof signing
The signature is stamped on our server, not in the browser, so the recipient can't change the document or move the fields.
Stored in London
Your documents and account data are kept in a UK data centre, in private storage. Download links expire after an hour.

Questions
Are electronic signatures legally valid?
In the UK, electronic signatures are generally accepted for most everyday agreements, such as contracts, engagement letters and consent forms. Some documents have extra formal requirements, for example wills and certain deeds or property transfers, so check before using any e-signature service for those. Quillora provides simple electronic signatures with a signing record; it isn't a certified digital-signature service.
Does the person signing need to pay or create an account?
No. Only the sender needs an account. Recipients open the link, sign and download their copy.
Does Quillora email the signing link for me?
Quillora gives you the link to share however you like. One click opens your own email app with a message ready to send, so it comes from you, not from an unfamiliar address.
What counts towards my storage?
Each document's original PDF, the copy with your own signature (if you sign too) and the final signed PDF. A typical contract takes well under 1 MB, so Basic holds over a thousand documents. Deleting a document frees its space.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for. After that you can still sign in to view, download and delete your documents, and links you've already sent keep working. You just can't send new ones.
